The pavilion facility was designed to support the pool area that was added to the main house.

Simple concepts – two concrete slabs like a sandwich “hold” a space that looks like a porch. Inside there is a kitchen, a sitting area and a toilet. Lots of glass shaped to capture all the essential elements of the environment, the pool and the surrounding greenery.

There are two zones around the pool – one sunnier, the other under the canopy. A wire-frame wall filled with stone forms a dividing line between the rest of the garden and the main house.

The building can be completely closed on colder days and function as an extension of the main house.

A brick wall on two sides where the access streets are adds to the feeling of being tucked away. The brick provides contrast and makes the building stand out even more from the surroundings, and the wooden elements connect the interior decoration with the exterior space because they overlap, giving a harmonious composition.
