The former turning point for steam locomotives near the Mostar loop in Belgrade will be reconstructed and, by the spring of 2025, transformed into a multi-purpose center, a gathering place for creative and innovative people from different profiles of creative industries.

The location of the plot and its orientation in some way conditioned its design. The slope of the roof follows the slope of the terrain, and in that way, it is drowned in the terrain in terms of form as well.

The complex consists of three houses with accompanying facilities; swimming pool, pavilion for joint gatherings and sports fields. In addition to the basic goal when designing the complex to make full use of the main feature of the site's terrain, which is the view of the glades of Kosmaj and the Avala tower, it was also necessary to provide comfort for several families of different generations.

"Fourth nature" (4th NATURE) is a theoretical concept of larger natural units arranged by man, which show high complexity through the connection of nature and technology, infrastructure and landscape. The name "4th NATURE" itself is a play on words based on the phonetic similarity of the words fourth and fort, which emphasizes the connection of the linear park with the Kalemegdan fortress, as well as its function in the ecological defense of the city.
