The Terra housing project was a unique challenge. Our task was to find a new visual identity, in good proportion, from the project on the basis of which the building permit was obtained, design the details of the facade, define its materialization, while leaving the dimensions of the object, the openings on the facade, and the surfaces unchanged.

Trying to achieve dynamics and keep harmony of full and empty surfaces (walls and openings) through the play of shallow profiles in stone with carefully worked out details of all openings on the facade, we achieved a controlled rhythm of light and shadow. Randomly arranged openings and fixed wings enhance the effect of play on the facade.

The color of the steel and aluminum profiles, as well as the changing rhythm of the smooth and vertically ribbed stone texture, form an important element of the overall impression of the facade composition.

The cascading terraces on the rear facade, with the rhythm of the fence made of vertical steel profiles, achieve the necessary symmetry and proportion in addition to their protective role.

Special attention was paid to the interior of the internal common areas: entrance area, staircase, gym and spa center.
